About you
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. Come work in a dynamic teamwork environment is SA only 24/7 emergency department. We provide Emergency treatment to over 20,000 people each year. The emergency department provides treatment to the community suffering from minor to major illnesses and strives to provide the best emergency care in Adelaide. There are multiple positions available working within a permanent part-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient emergency care
- Work well within a team environment
- Have sound time management skills
- Have the ability to recognize patient deterioration
- Keen eye for detail
- Must be able to work a 7 day rotating roster.
- Previous Emergency nursing experience preferred but not essential.
What you bring
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
