The Role: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a team at a 60-bedded facility in Longreach, Queensland. In this role, you will ensure the highest standard of care for residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive health assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse
