Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards
- Dealing with falls, undertaking assessments, intervention and observation
- Medication administration
- Supervising carers on shift and providing direction
- Updating care plans and assessments
- SIRS management - incident reporting and investigation
- Supporting the residents' families
- Wound management
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care working in a residential setting
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current influenza and COVID vaccinations
- Up to $50phr depending on experience + Penalties + 11% super + Benefits
- $16K Salary Packaging - take home 5-10% more in your pay
