AddressWe’re seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse who thrives as a night owl for night shifts!
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Facility Manager, Clinical Manager, and Care Coordinators to ensure top-notch care and service for residents.
Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our care staff to deliver exceptional nursing care in line with our policies and procedures.
You’ll work on a rotating roster:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 22:00H to 07:00H
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 22:00H to 07:00H
Responsibilities:
- Organise and supervise care staff, fostering teamwork and open communication.
- Uphold high standards of nursing care through thorough assessments, meticulous care planning, and continuous evaluation.
- Champion a safe and respectful workplace environment, embodying professionalism and empathy.
- Work collaboratively with our team to understand and meet the unique preferences and needs of each resident.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Residential Aged Care
- Compassionate and respectful demeanor towards residents, families, and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- COVID vaccination proof
- National police clearance required upon employment.
