AddressOur amazing and friendly team in Southport are looking for a Registered Nurse to join them on a permanent part time basis, this opportunity is for 7-night shifts per fortnight, with the option to pick up other shifts as required.
Your experience will be utilised to provide comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments, and plan care based on the outcomes, utilising contemporary evidence-based clinical knowledge and case management of clients.
About You
As a Registered Nurse you will be flexible and enthusiastic, with a dedication to the care and support of the elderly, and be able to offer:
- Strong clinical background and current knowledge of practices
- Skills in, wound care, medication management and post-acute care
- Proven ability to manage workload and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and an ability to work effectively within a team environment, relating to a wide range of staff, management, clients and families
- Sound computer knowledge with experience in clinical documentation systems
- Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Client-centred care which respects and protects the rights, privacy & wellbeing of our clients
- Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing)
- Covid vaccination evidence
- National Police Clearance
