Our Homes:
Multicultural Village: Based in Warrawong. Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, our 100 bed Village hosts both residential care beds and independent living units, a mixture of modern indoor and outdoor (garden-facing) rooms with beautiful garden views. Here you will providing care to residents from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
Mt Terry: A modern 151 bed home situated in the foothills of Budderoo National Park with attractive mountain views. An at home feel with a variety of sitting nooks, lounges and access to beautiful courtyards, terraces and outdoor gazebos.
The Role:
In consultation with the Manager, you will provide clinical care leadership, skill development and mentoring with regards to all resident clinical care needs. You will join a team that is providing the highest standard of clinical care and support for our residents residing in our aged care home to improve their quality of life.

Who we're looking for:
- You'll have a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (experience in aged care highly regarded)
- You'll have demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge
- You’ll have availability to work Night Shifts
- You'll have knowledge of all relevant legislation affecting the operation of Aged care Services
- You'll be resourceful, respectful, passionate and have a willingness to share knowledge and experiences within your team
- You may have the ability to speak a second language - Macedonian, Croatian, Italian or similar (highly desirable but not essential)
Onboarding:
If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our three day On-boarding Program in Shell Cove. Our training will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality care. Our On-boarding is held fortnightly.
