About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join CaFHS as aRegistered Nurse, where you will be responsible for:
- Provide nursing services in health service settings, ensuring quality care for clients/patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other health professionals and partner with children, youth, families, and agencies for optimal health outcomes.
- Provide education and information to clients and families.
- Offer support, direction, and education to students, nurses, and other health professionals.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the role of the Registered General Nurse within a healthcare setting.
