Mercy Community Aged Care Services are on the search for a Registered Nurse (Permanent Part Time) role based in Townsville. This position is responsibility for coordinating person-centred care to residents and supervision of staff across one or more clusters within the residential care facility. Working collaboratively within a professional team to provide excellent care and to improve the independence and quality of life of all residents.

This role entails but not limited to:
- Providing safe and competent clinical management and nursing interventions in accordance with recognised standards of practice & monitor and oversee staff practices to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care
- Ensuring residents, their families and significant others are included in the care planning process and engaged in decisions affecting the resident
- Coordinating and monitoring the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards
- Preparing ANACC documentation so that funding is optimised
About you:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in leading a team and supervising staff
- Be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, visa holder with no work restrictions or have the applicable ANMAC occupation code to seek sponsorship opportunities
