The role of the Registered Nurse is to ensure the highest level of quality individualised care to residential aged care residents by leading staff, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the day to day care of residents.
The successful candidate will have the following
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience as a post-grad RN in a leadership position
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care and/or retirement living.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite database tools in clinical care and governance.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in:
- Leading and supervising
- Writing and reporting
- Working with people
- Planning and organising
- Deciding and initiating action
- Demonstrated commitment to a positive organisational culture and ASL’s signature behaviours of commitment, future, mission, respect and honesty.
- Current driver’s license.
