Summary of Position:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be pivotal in creating and implementing the highest standard of care to the residents of our Toowoomba facility across a variety of settings. You’ll gain the freedom to harness and incorporate your skills to benefit the lives of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients and forming personalised care plans
- Delivering personalised care to residents
- Precise preparation and administration of medication and treatments
- Careful monitoring of patient well-being and addressing any needs
- Working seamlessly within a multifaceted team to deliver high standards of care
- Accurate maintenance of documentation of patient’s records
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong communication and personability
- Excellent clinical knowledge and abilities
- Empathetic and compassionate approaches to all residents and families
- The ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Minimum of 12 months experience in Aged Care
- Value based organisation with multiple opportunities for progression
- Salary packaging
- 12 Months of accommodation can be provided
