Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment? The Russell Clinic, located in Blackwood, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our busy team.
About Us: The Russell Clinic is a leading medical facility known for delivering high-quality healthcare services to our diverse community. With 12 General Practitioners, a large nursing and administrative team, and a range of visiting allied health professionals and specialists, we provide comprehensive care in a dynamic setting.
Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse at The Russell Clinic, you will play a pivotal role in our patient care team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Administering childhood vaccinations
- Chronic disease care plans
- Performing wound dressings and other clinical procedures
- Triage and initial patient assessments
- Assisting in theatre procedures
- Sterilising
- Performing various computer-based tasks
- Vaccination clinics
- Conducting home health assessments (driver's license required)
Requirements:
- Full-time position: 38 hours per week over 5 days
- Computer skills; experience with Best Practice software preferred but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
- Must have a sense of humor and enjoy working in a collaborative team
