AddressCollar Group are currently hiring passionate Registered Nurses to join our aged care casual workforce in Hervey Bay. Ad hoc & block contracts available.
What will I be doing?
- Clinical care of residents in residential Aged Care facilities / retirement villages in Hervey Bay
- Documentation of vital signs, medication administration and resident assessments
- Infection control and prevention
- Palliative care, restorative care and pain management
- Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families
- Liaising with residents’ family, doctors, and allied health professionals
- Bachelor of Nursing & Valid AHPRA Registration
- COVID Vaccination & Annual Flu Vaccination
- Current First Aid & CPR
- 6 months minimum full-time experience of working in Aged Care as an RN in Australia
- Experience as nurse in charge and/or working in regional locations (highly desirable)
- Current Police Check (under 12 months old) & NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain
