Several casual positions to Provide contemporary evidence based consumer/patient focused care, in collaboration with the interprofessional health care team to facilitate optimal health outcomes for the recipients of healthcare services and undertake delegated activities while assuming individual accountability for actions within the position and context of practice.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous quality improvement and best practice principles to optimise consumer/patient centred care and organisational outcomes.
- Demonstrate clinical skills and problem-solving relevant to the care of consumer/patient within the Children's ward and Children's Emergency Department with TPCH
- Consult with others in delegation activities, and contribution to effective clinical care outcomes and the maintenance of a safe of environment.
- Utilise communication processes and systems which enhance consumer/patient care delivery and unit functioning.
- Practise collaboratively with the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
