We have a great opportunity for an Experienced Registered Nurse with Aged Care experience to join our team based in Coomera.
We are offering a permanent part-time or full-time for suitable candidates. We are flexible to fit in with your work/life balance.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordination of client care needs, including assessment, case management and development of an individualised Care Plan
- Assisting the clinical management team with compliance documentation and comprehensive assessments
- Providing support and supervision of Care Assistants
- Coordinate the provision of quality person-centred care according to the client's needs, service/care plans and available funding in accordance with a budget.
- Clinical in-home services include a care plan assessment, medication, incontinence, wound, chronic disease, complex wound management, palliative care, and diabetes.
- General administration with respect to tasks performed
Qualifications
- Qualified Registered Nurse
- Current AHPRA registered
- First Aid & CPR are essential
- Australian National Police check
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Experienced in assessing and planning care needs within the community
- Valid Driver's Licence
