Registered Nurses -Bunbury

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse seeking new opportunities in Bunbury, Australia, and the surrounding areas? Look no further! We are currently recruiting multiple Registered Nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care to our aged care patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to aged care residents in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate residents' responses to care and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions.
• Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.

Requirements:

•  Proven clinical knowledge and experience in aged care;
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Accreditation Standards
• Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care
