What do you need to have?
- AHPRA Registration: Valid for RNs & ENs; or Relevant Cert 3 for AINs.
- Health Requirements: COVID vaccination (including booster)
- Background Checks: Current Police Check (valid within the last 12 months) and NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card.
- Certifications: First Aid & CPR or BLS certificate.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
What will you be doing?
- Clinical Care: Lead in delivering exceptional, person-first care, encompassing comprehensive assessments, care planning, and execution.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and inspire your care team outside office hours.
- Family & Resident Support: Be a key liaison, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing communication.
- Infection Control: Uphold highest standards to keep our community safe.
