Your New Role
Step into an exciting full-time position reporting to the Nursing Regional Manager, contributing to our flourishing organization. This role focuses on improving the health outcomes of our valued customers. Spearheading clinical management and coordination efforts in collaboration with aged-care facilities. We seek an autonomous, motivated individual based in Gosford, with occasional travel to other areas.
The Registered or Enrolled Nurse will work in a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring efficient service delivery. Contribute to business development and expand the resident base. Proficiency in computer usage is a must; telehealth experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor's or Diploma of Nursing.
- Experience in problem-solving and professional collaboration.
- IT skills and proficiency in documenting customer needs.
- AHPRA Nursing Registration.
- Aged Care experience, leadership preferred.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
