Role Highlights:
- Contractor Position: Earn a competitive rate of $120 per hour, with all working and travel hours being billable.
- Workplace Flexibility: Tailor your work schedule with extreme flexibility in days and hours.
- Client Engagement: Provide services in clients’ homes or care facilities, offering a personalised touch to your practice.
- Team Collaboration: Be part of an 11-member psychologist team spread across the Gold Coast region.
- Professional Growth: Enjoy structured training and support during the induction period, and continuous professional development through monthly team reviews.
- Earning Review: Annual assessment of earning potential, with increases reflecting your professional capabilities.
- Balanced Work Schedule: In a typical full-time week, engage with clients for 1.5 days in the community and enjoy the freedom to work remotely for report writing and other tasks.
- Prior experience in behaviour support and NDIS is highly preferred.
- A passion for delivering outstanding psychological services.
- Self-driven with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
