Registration Coordinator

” Connecting People and Places to Make the World Work Better”.

We are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Registration Coordinator in one of our dealerships based in Blacktown, employed on a Full-Time basis.

Availability: 

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Snapshot of your day:

• Ensure prompt scheduling of appointments update of planner
• Submission of completed registration paperwork to RMS.
• Maintain number plate register and associated paperwork.
• Manage the annual renewal of the number plate registration agreement.
• Maintain CTP and interim label book stock.
• Ensure compliance with VGA’s Environment Policy, Workplace Health and Safety requirement, and in general take any reasonable steps and precautions to protect and minimise harm to the workplace, its employees and the environment.
• Support with sales administration and coordination duties when required.

What you must possess:

• Sound time management skills, self-motivated and organised.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. 
• Experience with completing government documentation advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an operational office environment is desirable. 
• Good numeracy, writing and computer skills including data entry.
