Southern Launch, based in Adelaide, South Australia, offers infrastructure and operational support for orbital and suborbital rocket launches. We have two multi-user launch sites: The Whalers Way Orbital Launch Complex and the Koonibba Test Range.
About the role
As a Regulatory Coordinator at Southern Launch, you'll play a crucial role in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality launch services from our state-of-the-art spaceport facilities. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and submitting applications for compliance under Commonwealth and South Australian frameworks.
- Facilitating radiocommunication, export, import, and hazardous materials approvals.
- Coordinating feedback resolution and collaboration with internal teams.
- Contributing to flight safety plans and risk analyses.
- Editing operational, corporate, and regulatory materials.
- Supporting scheduling, file management, and follow-up tasks.
- Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including Aboriginal groups, maritime, aviation industry, and local landowners.
About you

This position requires you to hold and maintain a valid Australian Defence Security Clearance.
