The opportunityThis is a unique opportunity to use your Policy Analyst expertise to influence the design of services and information that supports injured workers to achieve their best outcomes.
The positionThe role works directly with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure synergy, consistency and clarity by applying a systems view of the services health providers can provide to injured workers to support their recovery. Your outcomes will be achieved through stakeholder engagement, the development of contemporary policies, informative education programs and contributing to the design of a balanced and equitable fee-structure and framework.
This full-time role is offered on a permanent basis.
About youYou are a highly capable Policy Analyst with well-honed critical thinking, judgment and reasoning skills. You possess excellent communication skills, are adept at building authentic and enduring relationships, and have a natural ability to develop an easy rapport with a variety of stakeholders. You enjoy research, consultation and data analysis, with the ability to readily synthesise and simplify complex information. You have a track record for developing policies, procedures and user education programs. Finally, you see the story in the ‘numbers’ and feel comfortable with interrogating complex fee structures.

The total remuneration package for this position starts from $107,842 per annum plus superannuation.
