About the Position:
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier occupational rehabilitation services within the company’s preferred provider network. This includes conducting discipline-specific assessments, offering consultancy services, and spearheading injury prevention initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining and enhancing our client's sterling reputation for service excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA as applicable
- Proven experience or strong interest in occupational rehabilitation
- Excellent relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for client-focused performance and service delivery
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Salary ranging from $75,000 - $100,000 + Super dependent on experience
- Incentive bonuses on top of salary for hitting KPIs
