Rehabilitation Consultant - Ot, Physio Or Ep

The Job:

• Proactively manage a caseload of Same Employer clients - moderately sized to allow you to focus on quality 
• Engage with a variety of customers including Workers' Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance, Disability, Corporate & Government
• Perform Initial, Workplace, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments; & Task Analysis
• Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
• Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals 
• Work towards reasonable targets - all team members are currently achieving or exceeding their targets
• Work from office, home & visit client around Newcastle

The Ideal Candidate:

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist; or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist (& eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA)
• 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience 
• Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space
• Energetic, enthusiastic & proactive
• Thrives in a multi-disciplinary team environment 
• A reliable vehicle & driver’s licence
