About the Position:
Our client is seeking passionate and driven Provisional Psychologists to join their Sydney teams in Alexandria, Macquarie Park, and Parramatta. This role involves managing a caseload of psychological injuries, focusing on return-to-work processes. Key responsibilities include upgrading clients' capacity, liaising with medical and health professionals, and providing top-tier counselling services aimed at assisting clients' return to work and adjustment to new life circumstances.
Key Requirements:
- Provisional Psychologist with current AHPRA membership and external supervision.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a psychology-related role.
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- A team player with integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus
