If you are a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant with a background in nursing, or a nurse looking to transition in Rehabilitation Consulting this is your chance to join our client's esteemed team. Utilise your clinical expertise, experience, and knowledge to empower clients in their journey back to work!
What you will be doing:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000k + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus incentives.
