Due to our strong reputation and continuous growth, we are looking for multiple experienced Rehabilitation Consultants (Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Social Worker and Rehabilitation Counsellors) to join our dynamic team in the Greater Melbourne region as a CONTRACTOR.

- Assessment of Veteran client's rehabilitation and well-being needs.
- Create and implement individual rehabilitation plans to promote a successful transition from the Australian Defence Force to civilian life.
- Coordination of return-to-work plans (vocational assessments, functional capacity evaluations, work trials, and job placement) and non-return-to-work plans (engagement in treatment and psychosocial activities).
- Provision of consultancy services specific to your allied health discipline, such as ADL assessments, vocational assessments, worksite task analysis, training, and employer consultancy.
- Liaison with key multidisciplinary clinical stakeholders.
- Completion of professional written reports.
To be successful, you will have:
- Tertiary Qualifications Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Social Worker and Rehabilitation Counsellors. Other Comcare-accredited Allied Health Applicants will also be considered.
- Accreditation with AHPRA or relevant professional body.
- Motivation to develop creative solutions and tailored recommendations to promote client well-being.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or working with veterans will be advantageous.
- Administration support and mentoring from local experienced consultants enabling you to focus on quality work.
