Based at our Carrara bakery we have an opportunity for a Reliability Electrician! Please see below the shift available:
- Monday - Friday: 6:30am to 2:30pm.
In this role you will support our high performing Engineering team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for providing high quality maintenance services to our Carrara site, playing an integral role in the day-to-day success of Tip Top and the greater GWF business.
Purpose of the Roles
The primary purpose of the role is to provide high quality maintenance services to the Carrara site with daily machine trouble shooting, preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Emergency trouble shooting and breakdown repairs.
- PLC diagnostics and fault-finding experience is required (Rockwell).
- High level of problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and decision-making ability.
- Reporting all hazards, incidents and injuries as soon as reasonably practicable (including near hits).
- Preventative and corrective maintenance using CMMS.
- Coordinates and implements tasks in a timely and efficient manner, including required safety criteria.
- Continuous Improvement Projects both Engineering and Process Improvements.
- The ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Must be fully qualified licenced Electrician.
- Experience working in FMCG environment (>3 years), preferably food but not essential.
- Working knowledge and experience of PLC Programming is essential.
- Significant experience in electrical fault finding.
- Understanding of MEX is desirable.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Working at Heights licence, Confined Space, EWP desirable but not essential.
