Reliability Engineer - Quu

Position: Reliability Engineer
Location: Newstead
Contract Type: Temporary until January 2025, with potential for extension
Pay Rate: $60 - $65/hr + super
Duration: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week

Maxima's Recruitment Services is currently seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Reliability Engineerwith our Government client.

As part of our Maintenance Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our infrastructure. Your expertise will contribute to delivering optimal maintenance strategies, defect elimination, and effective interventions, all aimed at ensuring top-notch service reliability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize service disruptions.
• Contribute to infrastructure reliability and maintenance management
• Engineer solutions for complex infrastructure challenges
• Drive reliability improvements and optimization opportunities
• Analyze infrastructure and process performance for reliability assessment
• Contribute to optimizing maintenance strategies and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3-6 years of experience
• Proven track record in Reliability Engineering principles, methodologies, and standards
• Ability to analyze and validate data for achieving operational and maintenance objectives
• Proficiency in implementing reliability improvements and optimized maintenance strategies
• Familiarity with predictive and digital technologies for infrastructure management
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• Experience across mechanical, electrical, and civil infrastructure is advantageous
