RELIEF MOTEL MANAGEMENT COUPLE

THE POSITION

We require an experienced Relief Motel Management Couple to provide day-to-day running of our Maryborough Motel for 10 days in April 2024.

The successful couple will be operationally focused with previous Motel & Restaurant experience to support existing managers who are taking leave.

The property is well resourced with a strong team of long-term housekeepers,kitchen & restaurant staff.

You will recieve $350/day (jointly) as well as accommodation & all meals.

THE JOB

The Relief Management Couple will live on site & be responsible all aspects of the operation efficiently & effectively including:

• Reservations (Guestpoint),administration & reporting
• Motel Reception, front office & check-ins
• Staff management & supervision of housekeeping, restaurant & kitchen staff
• Supervising of general maintenance, pool & grounds
• Co-ordination or restaurant reservations, functions & group bookings
• Willingness to get in & help out whenever needed.
