Relief Teacher: Secondary/ Senior Secondary (Southern Regional Tasmania)

Catholic Education Tasmania is a community of thirty-eight schools and colleges serving over 16,500 students, their families and over 2,400 employees across Tasmania. We are seeking Relief Teachers for across 6 colleges in the greater Hobart area.

Reporting to the Principal, you will provide the spiritual, academic and wellbeing needs of students through personal example, integrity and behaviour.

As a Relief Teacher in Catholic Education Tasmania, you will:

Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:

• Have appropriate graduate and/or post graduate qualifications.
• Be a registered Teacher in Tasmania or be able to gain registration prior to the commencement of the position.
• Understand Australian curriculum relevant to Tasmanian Catholic education.
• Understand current teaching pedagogy and best practice.
