Address- Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, provide safe, compassionate, person centred care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve quality care outcomes for patients and clients.
- Visit and work across 9 of our rural & remote health facilities (Balranald, Buronga, Ivanhoe, Menindee, Tibooburra, Wentworth, White Cliffs & Wilcannia)
- Provide safe, person centred care to our patients in a variety of places & settings across the Far West LHD
- We require someone with recent remote clinical experience including Primary Health and Emergency Department experience.
