About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols by day and by night.
- Respond to and contain emergency incidents.
- CCTV monitoring
- Enforcement of hospital by-laws.
- Able to work day & night shifts.
Skills & experience
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft suite and Honeywell System
- Excellent communication & de-escalation skills.
- Ability to work in high stress environment providing safety & security for staff and patients.
