About the Opportunities
Flavorite has a variety of roles currently taking applications that will suit a wide range of people with diverse interests and skillsets and we welcome anyone who has an interest in relocating to the Country.
Entry Level Leading Hands – A fantastic role to kick start a career in leadership with on-the-job training and coaching to support your success.
Currently we are looking for three people wanting to enter a leadership position with one of Australia's best-known brands supporting your development. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to change careers.
Harvest Supervisor/Production Supervisor - Two separate positions for someone with previous leadership experience.
Some of the duties as a supervisor at Flavorite include managing labour requirements and strategies, ensure quality and KPI targets are being achieved, manage team performance and many other important duties to keep your department running smoothly.
Maintenance Department - We currently have two roles within the Maintenance department, a Trades Assistant and a Maintenance Manager.
Both roles will be the maintenance of plant, equipment and buildings ensuring tasks are performed in a safe, productive and cost-effective manner. Both of these roles require ability to work on a on call roster.
