About the role-

We seek enthusiastic and dedicated remedial therapists keen to grow in a private practice setting. Willing and open to the opportunities to learn and treat various muscular-skeletal conditions. We value your specialised interests and will support you within the clinical environment to achieve them.

Job Description- 

- You will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals by assessing, planning, and treating muscular-skeletal conditions with physical therapies, exercise, and stretches. 

- You will be required to continue professional development internally and externally.

- Helping clients reduce their therapist dependency by educating them (with programs and applications) and ensuring they have all the necessary tools, knowledge, and equipment to treat their conditions. 

- Continue ongoing research and understanding the importance of staying current with the most relevant knowledge and therapies to ensure the best client outcomes. 

- Be willing to work and engage with our growing team and share your knowledge, growing together while achieving your career goals. 

- Contribute to ongoing marketing strategies by assisting with making content for online marketing and attending sporting events, gyms, and sports clubs. (employees only, not contractors). 

- Have an openness to giving, receiving, and giving constructive feedback.

Skills and experience needed-

• Diploma of Remedial Therapy
• Full Association registration 
• A drive to help clients achieve their goals and have a genuine interest in their care plan journey
• Have pride and passion in delivering quality service and client notes.
• Be motivated, passionate, and inspiring about health and well-being.
• Show initiative and seek resources when presented with challenges
• Be confident in seeking help and advice.
• Have the drive to upskill and achieve career goals.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Hold accountability for your client's outcomes.
