The Position
This position is completely remote and Work From Home but candidate must be based in Australia. 

You will also need to have the following: 
- reliable high speed internet of at least 50mbps 
- quality headset 

- reliable desktop work station (no laptops please)
 

About The Company:
Surepaint is a residential and commercial painting contractor located in the Brisbane area. We specialise in repainting the insides and outsides of our customer's houses and businesses.

Compensation: 
$27 - $32 Per Hour 

 

Position Type:
Part Time position in 4 hour shift
10am - 6pm BRISBANE Time overall hours

 

Description Of Duties:

- Direct outreach to cold leads to introduce the business from our CRM  
- Scheduling generated appointments into sales peoples calendars to meet and greet or provide sales quotes for work required

- Manage our prospect pipeline within our CRM and provide awesome customer support

- Manage all inbound calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner

- Conduct other office duties & provide sales member support if needed

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of technology and equipment
  • Typing speed of 45 words per minute or more
  • Is someone that's general web or tech-savvy 
  • Has experience using cloud-based CRM and digital phone systems
  • Experience with cloud-based emails 
  • Extensive experience with telesales or similar role in a predominant call center environment
  • experience in reception / cold call / sales associate position highly desirable 

 Organisational Skill

  • Has experience with scheduling of appointments
  • Has an idea of Brisbane’s geography for travel times
  • Has some form of administration experience with solid organisational skills of administration processes

Communication skills

  • At least 4 years in a previous phone-based or administrative role
  • The ability to talk and type at the same time whilst navigating through systems
  • Great phone mannerisms with the ability to establish rapport easily over the phone
  • Solid performer
  • Someone who enjoys working toward a goal
  • A positive attitude with a passion for success
