The opportunity
Are you passionate about shaping the future of our workforce by optimizing Remuneration and Benefits programs on a global scale? Do you have a knack for financial modelling, data analysis and a deep understanding of HR frameworks? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As the Remuneration and Benefits Analyst, your primary purpose is to play a pivotal role in supporting the research and design of employee compensation and Benefits programs. You will be at the forefront of the global remuneration cycle, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our talent strategy.
To be successful
To truly succeed at IMDEX you are an analytical thinker with expertise in financial modelling. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and engage across the business. Additional requirements include:
- Tertiary Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Business consulting skills to assist in identifying critical HR business needs
- Experience with SuccessFactors (desirable)
- Experience with Power BI (desirable)
- Experience in job evaluation methodology (desirable)
