You will be living on the coast of Western Australia in the Midwest Region, known for its tropical climate and stunning beaches. Your Main Duties
As a Renal Registered Nurse, you will be providing care to patients with renal conditions. You will work in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. Your duties will include:
- Assessment of the health status of patients with renal disease, including monitoring vital signs, fluid and electrolyte balance, and signs of complications
- Administering medications, including intravenous medications and managing dialysis treatments
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and assessing for any adverse reactions
- Educating patients and their families about kidney disease, including management and lifestyle modifications
- Maintaining accurate, detailed documentation
- Current AHPRA registration, with no restrictions
- At least 6 months of renal nursing experience
- Working with Children’s Check, or willingness to obtain
- National Crime Check, or willingness to obtain
