What you will do
Reporting to the Manager, Renewals Management - APJ, your main objective is to drive all software maintenance and subscription renewals sales. You will be working in close partnership with various internal teams and/or Channel Partners to identify the list of projects that will expire in the upcoming months and start the process to renew them. The preference of the location for this talent to be based will be in Sydney, but we are open to suitable talents in Melbourne as well.
Meet the annual and quarterly renewal targets of your target region
Timely follow up with customers and partners on quotation: Ensure customer 'Renewal Readiness', identify renewals at risk and take remedial actions
Own, drive and manage all assigned software subscription renewals process in collaboration with customers and internal team players to ensure timely and accurate execution
Effectively prepare and deliver renewal quotes for maintenance contracts prior to expiration and defend against competitive pressures
Good people skills and willing to engage customers directly to build trusted relationships and provide new or additional points of access to an account.
Ability to articulate the value proposition and importance for maintaining up to date support
Manage high volume of engagements and transactions concurrently
Ensure integrity of customers data in the system
Support extended sales team in complex deals
Work on complex renewals deals involving multiple contracts, co-terming, cross-region elements
Article and/or present the value proposition of CyberArk support
What you need to succeed
Ideally 5+ years of renewals experience in Enterprise Software space for the ANZ region, of which 2 years are spent in a Saas IT environment
Prior experience of direct account management experience with track record of navigating larger Enterprise accounts
Discipline in managing time and monitoring results
Proven track record of success in inside sales
Knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
Ability to multi-task and prioritise while achieving sales quota
Works well in a matrix organization
High Energy, Self-Motivated and persistent
Creative problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills and willingness to take the initiative
Excellent written and phone communications skills while leveraging IT and communication tools
