AddressAVIS has been a staple of the Rental Car Sales Business in the heart of the Greater Sydney Region for decades. AVIS Hurstville, a part of the 4K Automotive Group, is searching for an experienced Rental Sales Agent to join our experienced team and assist us in providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Having conversations with customers face to face and over the phone to understand their needs and offer great end to end solutions;
- Providing customers with detailed information regarding their rental agreement, insurance, guidelines and procedures;
- Using multiple computer systems, cash handling, balancing and performing administrative activities;
- Managing vehicle quality assurance inspections, including vehicle operational checks, reporting damages or issues and vehicle detailing;
- Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives
- Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers and fellow team members. Your previous experience in customer service will see you display the ability to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately, offering products and services to ensure they have a stress-free car rental experience.
You’re also:
- A proactive problem solver, with strong attention to detail
- Tech savvy and can work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and tasks simultaneously
- Must be available to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm, Available to work weekends 7:30am – 12:30pm (weekend shift loading applies)
