A day in the life of a Rental Sales Agent means:
- You will be the face of our brand!
- You’ll interact with customers at the rental counter, as well as over the phone, and via email.
- You will market our products and services, complete rental bookings and respond to general customer enquiries.
- You will have variety; no day is the same.
- You will use your problem-solving skills to be able to provide solutions
- You are able to confidently work autonomously or as part of a team
- You will possess highly developed interpersonal skills which allow you to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues
- You will be flexible in learning and helping across all areas of the business, including but not limited to: days in the wash bay, back office administrative tasks, participate in community events and carry out a range of general office duties
- You will work across a rotating roster which includes early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- You will strive to reach monthly targets and be part of a team that celebrates the wins!
- You are someone who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to get in and get the job done. A problem solver who enjoys working in a team environment but can also thrive and work unsupervised.

To join us you will need
- A full valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
- You must be confident in driving a range of vehicles including automatic, manual, and larger vehicles
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster over a seven-day period, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
- Strong values that align with our company.
