Car Rental is unlike any other business you have ever worked in. If you have high energy and a passion for customer service we may just have the job you have been searching for.

This isn’t a job for the fainthearted – it’s busy and challenging and doesn’t fit into a square hole.

However, every day is different - you will be working both in and out of the office, get to stretch your legs in the fresh air, all while finding solutions for our customers with an occasional hustle thrown in to get stuff done.

 You need to love working with people, truly value your customers.

A day in the life of a Rental Sales Agent means:

• You will be the face of our brand!
• You’ll interact with customers at the rental counter, as well as over the phone, and via email.
• You will market our products and services, complete rental bookings and respond to general customer enquiries.
• You will have variety; no day is the same.
• You will use your problem-solving skills to be able to provide solutions
• You are able to confidently work autonomously or as part of a team 
• You will possess highly developed interpersonal skills which allow you to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues
• You will be flexible in learning and helping across all areas of the business, including but not limited to: days in the wash bay, back office administrative tasks, participate in community events and carry out a range of general office duties
• You will work across a rotating roster which includes early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• You will strive to reach monthly targets and be part of a team that celebrates the wins!
• You are someone who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to get in and get the job done. A problem solver who enjoys working in a team environment but can also thrive and work unsupervised.

To join us you will need

• A full valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
• You must be confident in driving a range of vehicles including automatic, manual, and larger vehicles
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster over a seven-day period, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
• Strong values that align with our company.
