As a proven leader within the Automotive Industry, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritise, manage and motivate the production team, based in Hoppers Crossing.
Supported by the Area manager, and on-site Production manager, safety and quality are paramount to your success in this role. You will be responsible for the overall management of production targets, P&L, team engagement & performance, customer relations and reporting.
Role responsibilities (not limited to):
- Organising team and workflow through production.
- Ensuring quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame.
- Coaching and developing team members to improve capability and productivity.
- Checking repairs are completed correctly at each stage and completing final QA sign off.
- Ensuring the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
- Professional collaboration and maintenance of key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Does this sound like you?
- Previous Collision Repair experience in a leadership capacity.
- Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly desirable).
- Inspirational leadership and great people management skills.
