• $160 per hour for 3 months or 70%
• Assist with relocation costs
• Existing patients
• Mostly private billing
• Standard Consult $81.40
• Long Consult $120.10
• 4 - 6 patients per hour
• Group practice
• 7 Consulting rooms
• 2 Treatment rooms with 9 beds in each
• 2 RNs on at all times
• CDM Nurse
