The Opportunity
Reporting to the AusCAPPS project manager, the focus of this role will be to contribute towards the research effort of the University and to develop research expertise through the pursuit of defined projects relevant to the particular field of research.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for conducting research under limited supervision either as a member of a team or, where appropriate, independently. You will be involved in professional activities, administrative functions primarily connected with the area of research, and develop research-related material with appropriate guidance from other staff.
The appointee will have an honours or Masters degree or doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline or have equivalent qualifications or research experience with knowledge in stakeholder consultation, implementation science, women’s health and/or primary care and experience working with key stakeholders in primary care (e.g. GPs, pharmacists and practice nurses).
