AddressHi everyone, my name is Andrew Cripe. I am a supervisor with RCI. Just wanted to take a couple seconds today to share with you my opinions on company culture, and really a lot of the reasons why
I love working for RCI. Not only do I feel like RCI from the top to the bottom truly cares about its employees, but
I feel like our leadership team has really gotten a firm grasp on what it means to have a successful and happy employee at the company. I feel as though they show this in a lot of different ways. Not only do we have monthly and annual contests where leadership is providing additional opportunities to win things like winning rewards points or extra cash to spend, all-inclusive paid vacations, and even occasionally giving away a car here and there, I feel as though RCI truly represents what it means to be a happy company in terms of employees.
RCI has consistently been rated, I think for the past 12 or 13 years, as one of the top places to work in all of Indiana. And I feel as though the entire reason for this is because not only are the employees that work here happy, but because the company as a whole, of course focused on vacations, is also focused on ensuring that the employees are taking breaks when they need to, are going on vacations, are having the opportunities in office, whether at a ping-pong table or an arcade game setup, to take breaks from work while also at work.
I feel like this is one of the most important things that the company has done in terms of company culture and honestly, I think RCI is doing a fantastic job. One of my personal favorite things is that when you ask anybody at RCI why they love working at RCI, 9 outta 10 times, I feel like it's gonna be, I love the people that I work with.
Our open-door policy is fantastic. The ability to network within departments all over the company and in different locations is incredible, and really honestly, one of the many reasons why I love RCI and its culture.
