About the Opportunity A Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) supports residents to maximise their independence and ability to remain living in their home, by working collaboratively with residents, their carers, families, and advocates as well as other ECH business units. This is a highly mobile role, dedicated to visiting our independent retirement living villages. Your time will be spent developing connections whilst supporting residents, responding to concerns and feedback as well as conflict management and negotiation.

You have experience in negotiating difficult situations with empathy and integrity. With a keen understanding of older individuals' needs, you can build trust, listen well, and present calmly to deliver a quality service to our residents. You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic.
You are also flexible and adaptable to change. You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day. Knowledge of Retirement Village Act and understanding of
