We are currently representing a prestigious Pain Management Clinic/Hospital in the Perth Metro area in their search for a talented Registered Medical Officer to join their team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Medical Officer to fill a key role in a renowned Pain Management Clinic/Hospital in the Perth Metro area. Essential skills:
- Demonstrates clinical experience as a registered medical practitioner for a minimum of 24 months in an Australian hospital within the last 3 years.
- Evidenced active engagement in ongoing medical education activities to uphold and enhance knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrates satisfactory expertise to provide safe patient care in the General Medical and Medical specialities and under the supervision of consultant(s).
- Basic Life Support certification
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time and monitor work flow to provide safe and timely patient-centred care.
Desirable:
- Advanced Life Support I and II certification
- Experience working in outpatient and inpatient Specialist medical and surgical settings
- Experience with Gentu medical practice software and Microsoft 365 Application
- Experience working in day procedure and/or theatre environments.
Appointment pre-requisites:
- Evidence of medical qualification(s)
- Evidence of registration as a Medical Practitioner by the Medical Board of Australia/Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Curriculum vitae (CV) with two professional references for contact, one of whom is a recent (within past 2 years) clinical supervisor
- Eligible to work in Australia.
- NPC / Criminal Record Screening Clearance
- WWCC
- Provision of the minimum identity proofing requirements and pre-employment integrity check
- Immunisation status
- MRSA screening (if relevant)
