Specializing in ensuring safety regulations of residential properties; electrical, gas, plumbing, smoke alarm etc, my client is going through a period of rapid expansion and as such are looking to hire multiple residential electricians to service various rental properties across metro Melbourne.
Due to the volume of upcoming work, this organization will ensure you’re consistently working within a set radius of your home, limiting travel time and ensuring you maintain a work life balance.
A day in the life will typically include receiving a detailed itinerary of your logged and upcoming jobs, performing safety checks and maintenance where required of rental properties across Melbourne, visiting head office for materials where required and ensuring minimum safety regulations are adhered to.
Key Requirements For Success:
- A-Grade license is essential, with 2 years+ post apprenticeship highly regarded.
- Must have previous experience within residential servicing and maintenance.
- Access to a vehicle is essential, however company car will be provided post probation.
- Knowledge of job logging software; Simpro specifically is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and experience within a client facing position previously.
- Permanent, full-time position available post probation period
