• Attractive Compensation: Earn $50 - $70 per hour. Average technicians can earn approximately $65 per hour with commission. Benefits include a Company Car, Superannuation, and Overtime pay.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality HVAC, and air conditioning services in residential settings, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• For senior roles: Lead, mentor, and train new entrants to the trade.
• Uphold exceptional service standards, fostering a professional and amicable work environment.
• Comply with health, safety, and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Trade qualification in HVAC, or Air Conditioning (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• For experienced roles: Proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and installations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Leadership experience is a plus for senior positions.
• Effective time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
