Overview

We are now accepting applications for Residential Carers to join our dedicated Aged Care team, on a casual basis, in providing a direct client service to residents of the Residential Care Home.

The Residential Carers provide a qualitative care for residents by assisting residents in personal hygiene and grooming, continence management, maintenance of mobility/dexterity, assistant with communicative aids, cleanliness and neatness of clients environment and more.  More details can be found in the job pack below.

Eligibility

Applicants are encouraged to have experience in exercising their own judgment and initiative in the day to day execution of a carer position; ability to work well as a team member, meet deadlines and timeframes; maintain strict confidentiality and discretion and have effective interpersonal and communication skills essential.
