With 37 years of proud leadership in Concierge Services, Stedmans is thrilled to welcome an exceptional individual to join our vibrant team in this exhilarating new project.

Nestled along the Sydney CBD waterfront, our residential development is set to dazzle the scene in early 2024 and we are looking to develop a team of people who will deliver nothing short of a 6-star hotel experience to our residents.

This will be a 24/7 operation and we are hiring overnight Residential Concierge.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Multilingual with a preference for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers.
  • Bring your A-game with impeccable presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Unleash your natural flair for customer service, aiming not just for satisfaction but for creating an unforgettable, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Be the wizard of Information Technology, showing off your advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and being ready to dive into our bespoke building management and CCTV software.
  • Embrace your reliability, proactiveness, and team spirit, all while managing your workload with a self-motivated and driven mindset.
  • Elevate resident experiences by anticipating needs, building meaningful relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends and local attractions.

Your role:

  • Coordinate residents moving in and out of our dazzling building.
  • Show off your administrative prowess by working with our cutting-edge building management program.
  • Keep a watchful eye on CCTV, alerting the right parties to any potential excitement.
  • Collaborate with our entire Concierge department to provide a seamless service to our residents.
  • Be the go-to person for tenant inquiries and building issues.
  • Greet owners, residents, and visitors with proactive enthusiasm.
  • Guide residents to the plethora of services within the precinct and the surrounding areas, ensuring a lifestyle that's nothing short of seamless.
